William C. Dement, M.D., Ph.D, Director of the Stanford University  Sleep Research Center,  was the  featured  speaker  at  the 1999  Sleep Symposium held on April 9th.  His topic was "The Promise of Sleep on the Palouse."

 

 

Billboards and poster displays educated the community about  sleep disorders and informed sleepy people where they could go for help.
